Fast forward two years, Valerie is currently an apprentice in the nail care industry, diving deep into the world of nail artistry and perfecting her craft. Each day, she works alongside of Kellie Ball to learn everything from basic manicures and pedicures to more advanced techniques like gel, acrylics, and intricate nail designs. Valerie's daily routine includes prepping nails, filing, shaping, and applying polish, all while learning the art of sanitation and client care. She is also gaining valuable knowledge about product selection, trends, and the latest tools in the industry.
