On time arrival – Out of respect for other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full and proper service. Late appointments may result in service adjustments.
Children– We are asking that unless your child has an appointment, please refrain from bringing them with you to your appointments.
Gift Card Policy – Style by Design Salon gift cards are perfect for any occasion and redeemable at either Style by Design Salon location. Our gift cards can be used towards any salon or spa service and for purchase of any product. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
Refund Policy – Products will be refunded within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days a product can be swapped for a different one.
Cancellation Policy – 24 hr. advance notice for cancellations is required for all services; otherwise fees may be assessed.
Cellular Phones & Tablets – For all our guests’ comfort, all cell phones and tablets need to be turned off in the salon or spa areas.
Re-Do Policy – Style by Design Salon is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walk out of our door that you are happy with the service you received. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, or simply needed a quick fix we would like the opportunity to have you come back to have the service redone at no charge within the following parameters:
- Clients are welcome to come in with their original artist or we can recommend another stylist for them for the redo.
- When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within two weeks of original appointment to honor the complementary service.
- Please note that the complementary redo guarantee does not apply if the client decides to completely change the look given from the last visit two weeks ago.
