Hi! My name is Mersades Charlton and I'm 20 years old. I've been here at Style by Design since June 2020, I started out as a shampoo assistant and apprentice, getting a feel for the salon world and I fell in love! I've been licensed now since October 2021, and am now working as a full-time commission stylist. I've truly fallen in love with connecting with my clients- making you feel confident and beautiful every time you leave the salon. I'm all about making your time in my chair a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have found a passion in blonding and natural balayage service. In my free time, I'm all about relaxing with a hot bath and my favorite show or cuddling with my kitties. When I'm not doing that I love to hang out with friends and explore new places. Working here at Style by Design has truly made me fall in love with hair and building special bonds with clients. My passions are blonding services & styling. Nothing is better than a great hairstyle that makes you feel confident. In my free time, I love to shop and find new thrifty stores. If I'm not doing that, I am enjoying a face mask and a hot bath.
